Is the car park covered?

Yes. In the multi-storey car park your car stands on our covered areas and is protected from the weather. When booking, you choose between the covered car park and the open parking deck.

Do I have to hand over my car key?

No, you keep your car key with you during your entire stay. Please be considerate of other vehicles when parking and do not leave any valuables in the car. Liability is governed by our terms and conditions (German).

How do I find the entrance?

The car park is located at Modering 1, 22457 Hamburg, right at the A7 exit Schnelsen. Take a ticket at the entrance barrier, drive up the ramp and turn right at the top towards the car park.

At what times is the shuttle transfer available?

Our shuttle service is available daily from 03:00 to 00:00. No transfer is possible outside these hours.

How can I pay?

You pay for your stay on arrival – in cash, by debit card or by credit card.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival. For later cancellations we charge 100 % of the agreed price. Please contact our customer service by e-mail or WhatsApp.

How safe is my vehicle at Hansa Parking?

Our premises are secured around the clock, 365 days a year, by Wachschutz Nord. The security service is an external company; please address any concerns or complaints directly to its operator.

Are there child seats in the shuttle?

We do not provide child seats in the shuttle. Please bring your own child seat – our driver will be happy to help you install and remove it. On request we will keep the child seat for you during your trip and bring it along when we pick you up.

Do you also transport larger groups?

4 shuttle passengers are included in our parking service. For each additional person we charge €20.00 for the outward and return journey. Extra fees apply for additional services such as bulky luggage.

Can I also park at Hansa Parking for a cruise?

Yes. With Hansa Parking Park & Cruise you park in the same covered car park at Modering 1. Our shuttle takes you to the cruise terminals Steinwerder, Altona and HafenCity and picks you up again after your trip – included in the price. Bookings are made via hafenparkplatz-hamburg.de.
