Take a ticket at the entrance barrier – the barrier opens and you drive onto the premises.

Up the rampDrive up the ramp
Drive up the ramp. The Hansa Parking signs “Zu den Parkplätzen” (to the parking spaces) guide you.
Top, rightTop right towards the car park
At the top, turn right towards the car park.
P4 · P5 · P6 · Deck ZTo your level & park
Drive to the level you booked and choose a free space. Lock up, keep your key – there is no key handover with us.
Your key stays with you
LiftTake the lift to the shuttle
Contact the driver if you have not done so yet, and take the lift to the shuttle meeting point on Deck 1. Wait in the waiting area until the shuttle bus arrives.

Have a good tripAt the terminal in about 9 minutes
Our shuttle takes you to Hamburg Airport. After you land, we pick you up on time and take you back to your vehicle.
